Association Management Center is pleased to offer the following benefits. All employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 32 hours a week are eligible for the benefits, and part-time employees scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours a week are eligible for some of the benefits.
Medical Insurance Plan
To provide employees and their dependents with important medical coverage, AMC offers two healthcare options. The options are a PPO or HMO plan through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois. Both plans include coverage for major medical, preventive care, prescription coverage, and vision discounts at participating vision centers.
Dental Insurance Plan
AMC offers two dental care options for employees and their dependents. The options are a PPO or HMO plan through First Commonwealth. Both plans include coverage for preventive care as well as coverage for minor and major restorative care.
Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)
AMC provides group term life insurance at no cost to employees. Employees may also elect to supplement the company-provided base life insurance for themselves and their dependents. The supplemental life insurance is employee paid.
Long-Term Disability Insurance
To assist in a continuing income when, due to illness or injury, an employee is no longer able to work, AMC provides basic long-term disability coverage at no cost to the employee. The plan will pay an income equivalent up to 50% of the employee's base salary, with a monthly maximum of $6,000, if the employee becomes disabled for 180 days or more. AMC also offers an employee-paid buy-up provision, which will pay an income equivalent up to 60% of base salary, with a monthly maximum of $6,000, if the employee becomes disabled for 90 days or more.
Health Care Flexible Spending Account
Health Care Flexible Spending Account allows employees to set aside before-tax dollars to pay for eligible healthcare expenses. An employee can contribute up to $5,000 a year.
Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account
The Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account allows employees to set aside before-tax dollars to pay for eligible dependent care expenses. An employee can contribute up to $5,000 a year.
Employee Assistance Program
This program provides confidential short-term professional counseling to employees and their eligible dependents in dealing with personal problems. ComPsych will provide confidential counseling and/or a referral.
401(k) Plan
AMC offers a 401(k) savings plan. Employees can contribute up to the annual IRS maximum. AMC matches 50 cents per dollar up to 4% of their salary. The plan offers a wide array of investment options.
Profit-Sharing Plan
This plan provides employees with an opportunity to share in AMC's financial success. Depending on profits each year, AMC may make a year-end contribution to the profit-sharing plan. The eligible participants will receive a portion of this contribution.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
PTO is a benefit that combines vacation, sick, and personal days to provide flexibility for using paid time off. Eligible employees must complete 3 months of continuous service before being eligible to accrue PTO.

Holidays
In addition to PTO, AMC grants full-time employees a total of nine paid holidays. Part-time employees who work a minimum of 20 hours per week are also eligible for a portion of holidays.
Additional Time Off
Employees also may be eligible for additional time off for absences such as jury duty and bereavement.
Educational Assistance
AMC encourages employees to increase job-related abilities and knowledge through further education. We provide tuition reimbursement up to an annual maximum of $2,000 to employees who meet the program's eligibility guidelines. For approved courses, AMC will provide coverage for GED, associate, baccalaureate, graduate, and technical courses.
Software Training Facility
AMC has a state-of-the-art training room with an on-site trainer. AMC strongly believes in the continual learning process for its staff. As an example, classes in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are offered.
